In a relatively short career spanning just over four years, Demi has definitely done things his way. Not forgetting his very own project Deeper Substance which has been running monthly since May 2001. Since making his debut holding down an exclusive summer residency in one of Indonesia’s biggest venues at Double Six, and reaching the final of Cream’s Resident competition in 2002, Demi has gone on to create his own global network of gigs which have included regular appearances in New York alongside Danny Tenaglia at Arc, Miami and London. Not forgetting his very own project Deeper Substance which has been running monthly since May 2001, a bi-monthly residency at Boa in Toronto spanning two years as well as Pete Tong going on record in DJ Magazine saying Demi’s set was the best warm-up set he’d heard in 2004 when he played for Pete at Pacha in Ibiza. 2006 sees another special year for Demi. Firstly seeing in the New Year at Warung in Brazil, an Essential Mix confirmed with his rogue warriors SOS (Desyn Masielllo and Omid16B) in March as well as an SOS Sessions compilation penned for summer ’06, it is difficult to see how so much can be achieved in so little time. His talent, infectious charm and unwavering love of DJing and people has seen him win many admirers and gain respect across both the dance floor and DJ booth. Demi is now with Graphite Media Management, a company owned by Ben Turner – founder of Muzik and Pacha magazines, who also manages Rob da Bank, Sunday Best, Steve Lawler, Murk aka Oscar G & Ralph Falcon, and A Man Called Adam. His is also signed to heavyweight DJ agency IMD in the UK and Chaotica in the US.
